About Nathalie Savell
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Nathalie believes the hard work of forming and maintaining healthy relationships with other people, and with ourselves, begins in childhood. A lot of us are working on healing and shifting patterns from our own childhoods, and seeing how that plays out in our adult relationships in destructive or painful ways.
Becoming a Stepmom before giving birth to her own kids, posed major challenges in Nathalie's life that she has worked hard to navigate and overcome. Her life experience, personal growth work, and professional training all play a part in what she brings to sessions with her clients.
Nathalie supports her clients through a blend of her own life experience learning as well as Clinical Training, using approaches such as Attachment Theory, Nature-Based Techniques and Mindset Coaching. Her favorite part of being a therapist is witnessing her Clients finding access to their own inner guidance in their healing journey.
Living in Perry Hall, MD with her husband and kids, you can find Nathalie either going to the sauna, hiking in the woods, listening to a podcast, or trying to catch up on a book! She loves parties, music, and fun, and wishes we had more places to dance our way to wellness!
