About Megan McLaughlin
Mental Health Therapist, Trauma Therapist
Whether you are looking for support, clarity, healing, or to "dig deep", Megan is ready to help you meet your goals.
Research shows that traumatic experiences can become "stuck" in the body, and convince us that the trauma is still occurring. Through evidence-based therapies we can work together to put your experiences in the past and give the story an end.
By getting to know the parts of us that protect our most young, vulnerable, and hurt parts, we can go to those parts, understand the significance, and produce healing.
Megan is a fierce advocate for empowering and supporting women. She grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, attended Penn State University, and Graduate School in Baltimore. She grew up riding horses and has always loved all animals, especially her black lab hound mix "Darcy". She loves walks and spending time outside, exploring the vast and diverse neighborhoods of Baltimore, and spending time with friends and family.
