A Yoga practice that combines Vinyasa Yoga, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing. It is less directive than traditional yoga to allow for participants to choose their own expression and connect more deeply to their inner world. It offers more choice and empowerment than traditional practices and is rooted in scientific principles of regulating the nervous system.
