Cycle Breakers Bringing New Life Forward

150 US dollars
The Womb Room at the Keswick Castle

Description:

In this class, you’ll work with Emily Bitner, a compassionate coach and therapist dedicated to helping people break generational cycles and create new beginnings. Emily, also a yoga teacher and certified Mother-Daughter Coach, blends a holistic approach with her background in mental health counseling to guide clients through transformative journeys. Her warm, down-to-earth style encourages participants to laugh, cry, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. In her Cycle Breakers: Bringing New Life Forward workshop, Emily helps individuals explore their familial lineage, uncovering both positive and painful patterns passed down through generations. The focus is on addressing unspoken cycles that contribute to feelings of shame, guilt, strained relationships, and the constant pressure to serve others at one’s own expense. These inherited cycles often leave people feeling lost or stuck in unsupportive relationships. This workshop is designed for those ready to confront these patterns and break free, creating a new path for themselves and future generations. As a Cycle Breaker, participants actively choose to transform their lives and bring healing and growth to everyone within their influence. With Emily’s guidance, this journey becomes a powerful step toward lasting change and personal empowerment. Cycle Breakers: Bringing New Life Forward is especially suited for those expecting a child or who have recently experienced parenthood (within the last 2-3 years). Gather with others on a similar journey who are ready to understand, choose, and break unhelpful and unsupportive cycles, creating space for life-giving ones. Join this 3-hour workshop on November 9th, from 3 PM to 6 PM, where you will begin the process of: AWAKENING: Identify and name the common cycles passed down in your lineage through an abridged motherline mapping process. RELEASING: Engage in a meaningful ritual with the support and community of others to help you let go of cycles that no longer serve you. Experiences are powerful; thinking is only part of the equation. Our brains respond more to felt experiences, and rituals are a perfect way to embody a new feeling. CREATING: Voice what you want to create and name your first act of change for your children—and most importantly, for yourself. Only by taking care of ourselves can we truly model a different way forward. You begin the work of a Cycle Breaker.
