Administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling, handling communications, and tracking participation, will help maintain efficient operations. You will also have the opportunity to develop partnerships with local organizations and healthcare providers, amplifying The Womb Room’s presence and ensuring our resources reach those who need them most. Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts, enhancing community engagement, promoting our services, and ensuring that families receive the support they need throughout their parenthood journey.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for classes and workshops.

  • Manage social media and create engaging content.

  • Design promotional materials like newsletters and flyers.

  • Create and schedule regular content for social media.

  • Work with the Creative Coordinator on new campaigns and initiatives and website edits.

  • Respond to emails, calls, and social media inquiries.

  • Distribute marketing materials and newsletters.

  • Act as the point of contact for community members.

  • Organize and facilitate community events and workshops.

  • Build relationships with local organizations and partners.

  • Promote new workshops to engage the community.

  • Oversee inventory and sales of Womb Room merchandise.

  • Coordinate with the Creative Coordinator to design new products.

  • Manage online sales and handle order fulfillment.

Remote work with occasional in-studio presence for events and photo ops

Type

Responsibilities

Experience in marketing or community outreach.

  • Proficiency with social media and digital marketing.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Retail or merchandise management experience is a plus.

Compensation

Paid $25 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience, content quality, and quantity.

Availability

Flexible to fit your schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Professional and/or personal experience in the field

  • Passion for maternal health and wellness.
